Linda’s Hanky Panky’s (must be 21 or over)

Sleeve of Melba toasts (often found in the deli section, about 2 inches squares)

1 Package Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage (preferably not frozen so you can freeze these to serve later)

1 egg

1 Package Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Mix all ingredients together with the exception of the bread and then spread on the bread.

Preheat oven to 350, cook for 20 minutes if served fresh, longer if served frozen.

Freezes great as long as you buy and use the non frozen sausage.  Always a big hit at parties.
