Nishiki White Rice

1 1/2 cups rice

2 cups water

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat to a low simmer (covered) for 20 minutes

Perfect Brown Rice

1 1/2 cups brown rice

2 1/2 cups of water- just off a boil

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F

Place in a 8×8 glass baking dish

cover with tin foil

Bake for 1 hour
